Usage scenarios for live streaming lectures

Broadcast of a lecture into a second lecture hall

Lecture Coding, WS 2013/14, Lesson 01 by Dr. Sinz, KIT-Department of Informatics from the 21.10.2014 in Audimax. The lecture was broadcasted via live stream from Audimax into the two multimedia lecture halls of the Informatics Main Building

On 22.10.2014 as part of a cooperation with Prof. Jan Youtie of Georgia Institute of Technology (GeorgiaTech, Atlanta) students had the chance to take part in a interactive lecture via livestream.

The lecture had two parts:

  •  The first part was a talk by Prof. Jan Youtie on the topic of »Nanodistricts and Regional Development«. The live stream started at 14:00.
  • During the second part Prof. Dr. Ingrid Ott (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Chair in Economic Policy) talked about the »The German National Innovation System«. The live stream started at 18:00.
